Our approach
A modular stack built for results
For our AI assistants we use a modern, modular stack. On the web side, the frontend is built with React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML and Tailwind CSS, and a Next.js backend handles the API layer and integrations.
The core AI brain is based on OpenAI’s LLMs (mainly GPT-4o), while Voiceflow is used to map and orchestrate the chatbot logic and conversation flows.
For data storage we rely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) or Airtable for lighter projects, and when large files or logs are needed we plug in Amazon S3. Additional automations such as email handling, notifications and background jobs run through n8n, and we use small Python scripts for recurring automations and caching to reduce token consumption and keep the system efficient and cost-effective.
